Job Description
Our client, a market leader in parking technology solutions, is looking for a Field Service Technician to install, troubleshoot, and respond to customer service requests for their new and existing parking systems across the Hawaiian Islands. You will be given a company vehicle, travel accommodations, and tools to travel across 3 Islands to service their parking systems. Their systems include low voltage cabling, automated gates/arms, POS systems, credit card readers and security camera's. The Hawaiian branch has 10-15 customers that you'll be interacting with. Having great customer service skills is imperative to this role as you will have work orders signed-off on by their clients. You will be working on their legacy systems and their new automated parking system. Someone who is self-motivated, hard-working, and enjoys solving mechanical/technical issues will exceed in this role. Our client is targeting a salary 70k.
